Moscow, Russia, 09-1993 Rutskoi supporters wave a soviet flag at a truck used as barricade on Moscow's ring road. Vice President Alexander Rutskoi and his supporters occupied the White House during a Coup de Etat while president Boris Yeltsin sent tanks to retake control.
